                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to honor
    1-2  James E. Young and Robert M. Mooneyham for their outstanding work
    1-3  in the implementation and maintenance of the master key system in
    1-4  the Capitol Complex; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, With the opening of the Capitol Extension, the
    1-6  Capitol Complex master key system secures approximately five
    1-7  million square feet of office space and is one of the largest
    1-8  master key systems in the state; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, Both highly valued employees of the Department of
   1-10  Public Safety, Capitol District, these two men have demonstrated an
   1-11  exceptional degree of professional competence and dedication, not
   1-12  only in this most recent achievement but in all their endeavors
   1-13  throughout their years of service to this state; Mr. Young has
   1-14  devoted his efforts to that vital agency for 19 years, and
   1-15  Mr. Mooneyham has five exemplary years of service to his credit;
   1-16  and
   1-17        WHEREAS, Providing ease of access to appropriate personnel
   1-18  while ensuring a secure environment to all workers and visitors
   1-19  throughout the expanse of the Capitol Complex is a demanding task
   1-20  requiring the highest level of professionalism, and it is indeed
   1-21  appropriate that the efforts of Mr. Young and Mr. Mooneyham be
   1-22  given special legislative recognition; now, therefore, be it
   1-23        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 73rd Texas
   1-24  Legislature hereby commend James E. Young and Robert M. Mooneyham
    2-1  for their outstanding work in the implementation and maintenance of
    2-2  the master key system throughout the Capitol Complex; and, be it
    2-3  further
    2-4        RESOLVED, That official copies of this resolution be prepared
    2-5  for Mr. Young and Mr. Mooneyham as an expression of high regard by
    2-6  the Texas House of Representatives.
