1-1 WHEREAS, In today's hectic, fast-paced world, few people have
1-2 enough time to complete the myriad responsibilities placed on them

1-4 and society at large; and
1-5 WHEREAS, For many, the cost of purchasing a home has become
1-6 prohibitive while apartment living offers numerous amenities close
1-7 at hand for tenants to enjoy, such as swimming pools, clubhouse
1-8 settings for private parties, laundry facilities, security, and a
1-9 sense of community that can often be lacking in residential
   1-10 neighborhoods; and
1-11 WHEREAS, Others who can afford to buy homes make a conscious
1-12 decision to live in apartments instead where everyday tasks can be

1-14 more fully devote themselves to their families, careers, studies,
1-15 and leisure time activities; and
1-16 WHEREAS, For anyone who has ever lived in an apartment, the
1-17 apartment manager plays a pivotal role in making the experience a

1-19 meet the needs of tenants; and
1-20 WHEREAS, Serving a clientele as varied as the tasks they are
1-21 asked to perform, this hard-working group of professionals is
1-22 required to serve as an all-knowing resource for tenants,
1-23 cheerfully accepting complaints, keeping up with maintenance
1-24 responsibilities, ensuring the safety of tenants, and a host of
    2-1 other duties; and
2-2 WHEREAS, These dedicated individuals often are required to be
2-3 on call 24 hours a day to ensure that they provide tenants with the
