                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to honor
    1-2  Shelly Sprott, an outstanding senior at Uvalde High School, who has
    1-3  established an exemplary record of perfect attendance throughout
    1-4  her elementary and secondary school education; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, The daughter of Hugh and Evelyn Sprott of
    1-6  Batesville, this exemplary young woman is a straight A student who
    1-7  has been active in rodeo, 4-H, and the Future Farmers of America
    1-8  throughout her academic career, amassing a number of
    1-9  agriculture-related honors and qualifying for this summer's state
   1-10  high school rodeo finals; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, The accomplishments and positive personality of
   1-12  Ms. Sprott have earned her the respect and admiration of the
   1-13  student body and faculty of Uvalde High School; as she celebrates
   1-14  her high school graduation and prepares to continue her education
   1-15  at Southwest Texas Junior College, it is an opportune time to take
   1-16  a moment to honor her for her remarkable achievement; now,
   1-17  therefore, be it
   1-18        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 73rd Texas
   1-19  Legislature hereby congratulate Shelly Sprott on her exceptional
   1-20  13-year record of perfect attendance from kindergarten through her
   1-21  senior year of high school and extend to her sincere best wishes
   1-22  for continued success and happiness in all future endeavors; and,
   1-23  be it further
   1-24        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
    2-1  prepared for Ms. Sprott as an expression of high regard by the
    2-2  Texas House of Representatives.
