H.R. No. 864
                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE House of Representatives of the State
    1-2  of Texas, that House Rule 13, Chapter C, Section 9(a) and (b), be
    1-3  suspended in part as provided by House Rule 13, Chapter C, Section
    1-4  9(f), to enable consideration of, and action on, the following
    1-5  specific matters which may be contained in the Conference Committee
    1-6  Report on House Bill 1719:
    1-7        I.  That House Rule 13, Chapter C, Section 9(b), Subsection
    1-8  (5), be suspended to allow the following:
    1-9        To allow the addition of an item not included in either the
   1-10  House or Senate versions of the bill as follows:
   1-11        1.  Add a new section to read as follows:
   1-12        The following sums of money are hereby appropriated out of
   1-13  Fund No. 040  for payment of itemized claims and judgements plus
   1-14  interest, if any, against the State of Texas as follows:
   1-15        To pay Patricia Felix for payment of a settlement, including
   1-16  all accrued interest and attorneys fees, in the case of Patricia
   1-17  Felix v. Texas State Board of Barber Examiners and Jo King
   1-18  McCrorey, Cause No. 91-2803, in the District Court, Travis County,
   1-19  201st Judicial District.
