  7-1                          COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  7-2           Amend SB 25 on page 1, line 16 by deleting the word "serious"
  7-3     before the words "bodily injury".
  7-4           Amend SB 25 on page 6 between lines 12 and 13 by inserting
  7-5     the following:
  7-6     "subsection (c) the institutional division shall give the notice to
  7-7     require by subsection (a) of this article:
  7-8                 (1)  not later than the 30th day before the person
  7-9     completes the sentence and is released; or
 7-10                 (2)  immediately if the person escapes from the
 7-11     facility operated by the institutional division.
