  2-1                          COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  2-2     Amend S.B. 145 as follows:
  2-3           On page 1, line 9, strike "Class B" and add "Class A".  On
  2-4     page 1, line 8, strike the period after "municipality" and add
  2-5     "having a population of 100,000 or more, according to the most
  2-6     recent federal census".
