  24-1                         COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  24-2          Amend S.B. No. 206 as follows:
  24-3          (1)  On page 1, lines 20 through 23, delete the
  24-4    following:  "and a health maintenance organization subject to the
  24-5    Texas Health Maintenance Organization Act (Chapter 20A, Vernon's
  24-6    Texas Insurance Code)".
  24-7          (2)  On page 8, lines 11 through 13, delete the
  24-8    following:  ", and a health maintenance organization subject to the
  24-9    Texas Health Maintenance Organization Act (Chapter 20A, Vernon's
 24-10    Texas Insurance Code)".
 24-11          (3)  On page 11, lines 12 through 14, delete the
