  40-1                         COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  40-2          Amend S.B. No. 210 as follows:
  40-3          (1)  On page 14 between lines 9 and 10 add a new subsection
  40-4    (7) to read as follows:
  40-5          "(7)  Mental health services, as defined by this section,
  40-6    provided by a member of the clergy do not include religious, moral
  40-7    and spiritual counseling, teaching and instruction."
