1-24 AN ACT
1-25 relating to the disposition of interest received from investments

1-28 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

1-33 monthly basis as follows:
1-34 (1) the pro rata portion of the interest received due
1-35 to each constitutional fund shall be credited to that fund; <and>
1-36 (2) the pro rata portion of the interest received due
1-37 to the game, fish, and water safety fund shall be credited to that

1-43 SECTION 2. The pro rata portion of the interest received due
1-44 to the game, fish, and water safety fund since May 17, 1992, shall
1-45 be credited to that fund.
1-46 SECTION 3. The importance of this legislation and the

1-49 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
1-50 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended,
1-51 and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its
1-52 passage, and it is so enacted.
