  4-1                          COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  4-2     Amend SB 316, in 382.056(c), Health and Safety Code, as amended by
  4-3     the bill, as follows:
  4-4     After the language "additional notice.", insert the
  4-5     language:  "Notice required to be published under this section
  4-6     shall only be required to be published in the United States."
