  13-1                         COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  13-2          Amend Section 481.376, Government Code, as added by Section
  13-3    1, S.B. 367, by adding Subsection (f) on page 6 between lines 3 and
  13-4    4 to read as follows:
  13-5          (f)  There shall be no general revenue of the State of Texas
  13-6    used for this section.  Should federal or private funds, grants, or
  13-7    donations become available, then such funds shall be used for this
  13-8    section.
