 7-10     Amend S.B. No. 380 by adding Section 8 to read as follows:
 7-11           SECTION 8.   Any savings to the general revenue fund that
 7-12     results from the addition of Subsection 61.059(1) of the Education
 7-13     Code shall be allocated to institutions of higher education for the
 7-14     purpose of retiring tuition revenue bonds issued for capital
 7-15     improvement projects in the South Texas/Border Initiative.
