  3-3           (1)  On page 2, lines 1 and 2, delete "and Section 12.03(b)
  3-4     of this code".
  3-5           (2)  On page 2, line 1, change "Subsection" to "Subsections".
  3-6           (3)  On page 2, line 1, following "(a)", insert "and (b)".
