  3-2           Amend S.B. 610, page 2, line 13, after "designee" by striking
  3-3     the period and adding, "except in those counties that have no
  3-4     county treasurer, in which case the County Commissioners Court may
  3-5     designate the person who carries out the duties of the county
  3-6     treasurer to serve on the board."
