  86-1                         COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  86-2          Amend S.B. 690 as follows:
  86-3                (1)  On page 83, line 8, after the period, add "The
  86-4    board by rule may exempt other facilities as appropriate."
  86-5                (2)  On page 83, between lines 11 and 12, add "(c) The
  86-6    board by rule shall adopt a procedure whereby a facility in which
  86-7    the practice of occupational therapy is conducted may apply for
  86-8    exemption from any fees for registration under this section."
