Subsection (l), Section 2, Texas Health 1-25 Maintenance Organization Act (Article 20A.02, Vernon's Texas 1-26 Insurance Code), is amended to read as follows: 1-27 (l) "Person" means any natural or artificial person, 1-28 including, but not limited to, individuals, partnerships, 1-29 associations, organizations, trusts, hospital districts, or 1-30 corporations. 1-31 SECTION 2.
