Subsection (d), Section 5.031, Chapter 741, Acts 1-25 of the 67th Legislature, Regular Session, 1981 (Article 4477-9a, 1-26 Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), is repealed. 1-27 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 1993. 1-28 SECTION 3.
