  3-1                          COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  3-2     Amend S.B. 988, in SECTION 1, Sec. 212.0031, Subsection (b) after
  3-3     the words "quality of the aquifer." add the following:
  3-4     "In no event, shall the restrictions imposed by the municipal
  3-5     ordinance be more restrictive than that imposed by state or federal
  3-6     law."
