Section 81.007, Human Resources Code, is amended 1-23 by adding Subsection (k) to read as follows: 1-24 (k) The commission shall compensate an evaluator, based on 1-25 the following schedule: 1-26 (1) $25 for each candidate evaluated for Level I 1-27 certification; 1-28 (2) $35 for each candidate evaluated for Level III 1-29 certification; 1-30 (3) $40 for each candidate evaluated for Level IV 1-31 certification; and 1-32 (4) $45 for each candidate evaluated for Level V 1-33 certification. 1-34 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 1993. 1-35 SECTION 3.
