  4-1                          COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  4-2     Amend S.B. 1127 as follows:
  4-3     On page 2, between line 21 and line 22, insert a new subsection (e)
  4-4     to read as follows and renumber subsequent subsections
  4-5     appropriately:
  4-6     (e)  Money expended from the radiation and perpetual care fund to
  4-7     respond to accidents involving radioactive waste must be reimbursed
  4-8     to the radiation and perpetual care fund by the responsible shipper
  4-9     or transporter according to rules adopted by the board.
