  3-1                          COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  3-2           Amend S.B. 1160 by striking Subsection (d) of added Section
  3-3     11.09, Education Code, and substituting the following:
  3-4           (d)  Proceeds from the real estate transaction conducted
  3-5     under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the general
  3-6     revenue fund.
