  7-1                          COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO. 1
  7-2     Amend S.B. 1271 as follows:
  7-3           (1)  Amend Section 271.091(2) to read as follows:
  7-4                 (2)  "Payment" means the local sales and use tax
  7-5     authorized by the Municipal Sales and Use Tax Act, Chapter 321, Tax
  7-6     Code, the County Sales and Use Tax Act, Chapter 323, Tax Code and
  7-7     Subchapter E of Chapter 285, Health and Safety Code.
