1-4 is amended to read as follows:
1-5 (b) The terms of the 36th District Court begin:

1-19 February, 1993, terms of court in Aransas and San Patricio
1-20 counties, the April, 1993, term of court in Bee County, and the
1-21 May, 1993, term of court in Live Oak County are extended until and
1-22 will end when the October, 1993, terms of court begin in the
1-23 respective counties. The June, 1993, term of court in McMullen
1-24 County is extended until and will end when the January, 1994, term
2-1 of court begins in that county.
2-2 SECTION 3. The importance of this legislation and the
2-3 crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
2-4 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
2-5 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
2-6 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended.
