                             SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, Monday, January 25, 1993, will be a day long
    1-2  cherished and remembered by Bruce and Stephanie Gibson for on that
    1-3  day their precious babies, William Levi and Madeline Denise, were
    1-4  born in Saint David's Hospital in Austin, Texas; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, With William weighing six pounds and one ounce and
    1-6  Madeline weighing five pounds and eight ounces at birth, these
    1-7  cherished twins fulfilled their parents' dearest wishes by their
    1-8  healthy arrival; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, The new parents are filled with joy over this
   1-10  long-awaited event, and these adorable babies have already found a
   1-11  permanent place in their parents' hearts; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, William and Madeline are the source of much
   1-13  happiness and pride for all the family members who have heartily
   1-14  welcomed them into the family fold; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, It is appropriate that the Texas Legislature welcome
   1-16  these native Texans to the illustrious ranks of the citizenry of
   1-17  this state; now, therefore, be it
   1-18        RESOLVED, That the 73rd Legislature of the State of Texas
   1-19  hereby congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Gibson on their recent
   1-20  family addition and honor William Levi and Madeline Denise Gibson
   1-21  as two of the newest and most distinguished citizens of the State
   1-22  of Texas; and, be it further
   1-23        RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be prepared for the
    2-1  Gibson family as an expression of high regard from the Texas
    2-2  Legislature with best wishes for much future happiness.
