S.C.R. No. 107
                             SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, The senate has passed House Bill 1564 and returned
    1-2  it to the house of representatives; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate is
    1-4  necessary; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED by the 73rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
    1-6  the chief clerk of the house be authorized to return House Bill
    1-7  1564 to the senate for further consideration.
