                                 CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, The conference committee report for S.B. No. 1477
    1-2  has been adopted by the senate and the house of representatives and
    1-3  is being prepared for enrollment; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The conference committee report for S.B. No. 1477
    1-5  contains a typographical error in SECTION 3.04; now, therefore, be
    1-6  it
    1-7        RESOLVED by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That the
    1-8  enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the following
    1-9  correction in S.B. No. 1477:
   1-10        In SECTION 3.04 of the conference committee report, strike
   1-11  "Article 3" and substitute "Article 1".
