                                 CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. No. 2685 has passed the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
    1-3  enrollment; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The text set out in H.B. No. 2685 contains
    1-5  typographical errors; now, therefore, be it
    1-6        RESOLVED by the 73rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
    1-7  the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
    1-8  to make the following corrections to H.B. No. 2685:
    1-9        (1)  In added Section 622(a), Texas Probate Code, strike
   1-10  "law" and substitute "laws".
   1-11        (2)  In added Section 622(b), Texas Probate Code, strike
   1-12  "cost" and substitute "costs".
   1-13        (3)  In added Section 634, Texas Probate Code, strike
   1-14  "Section 632(f)" and substitute "Section 633(f)".
   1-15        (4)  In added Section 676(a), Texas Probate Code, strike
   1-16  "Section 670" and substitute "Section 680".
   1-17        (5)  In added Section 681, Texas Probate Code, strike
   1-18  Subdivision (4)(A) and substitute the following:
   1-19              (A)  determines that the lawsuit claim of the person
   1-20  who has applied to be appointed guardian is not in conflict with
   1-21  the lawsuit claim of the proposed ward; or
   1-22        (6)  In added Section 682, Texas Probate Code, in Subdivision
   1-23  (17), strike "Section 126" and substitute "Section 697".
   1-24        (7)  In added Section 722, Texas Probate Code, strike "that"
    2-1  and substitute "who".
