    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, Twenty-five years ago,
    1-3  Mr. and Mrs. Claude Jackson Waddle placed much faith and trust in
    1-4  the future which have been amply rewarded for they celebrated their
    1-5  25th wedding anniversary on January 26, 1993; and
    1-6        WHEREAS, Linda Gayle Bennett and Jack Waddle were married on
    1-7  January 26, 1968, in De Ridder, Louisiana; and
    1-8        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Waddle have always shared the
    1-9  trust and honesty that are the cornerstones of a successful
   1-10  marriage; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, The world has changed greatly during their marriage,
   1-12  yet Linda and Jack have remained steadfast in traditional family
   1-13  and moral values; and
   1-14        WHEREAS, Through the years, Mr. and Mrs. Waddle have grown
   1-15  ever stronger in love and devotion as together they have
   1-16  experienced the joys and sorrows of everyday living; and
   1-17        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Waddle have been blessed with a
   1-18  wonderful family; their children, Lisa Michelle and James Claude
   1-19  have been the source of much happiness; and
   1-20        WHEREAS, The long and happy union of Mr. and Mrs. Waddle is
   1-21  truly an inspiration to us all; now, therefore, be it
   1-22        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-23  73rd Legislature, hereby congratulate
    2-1  Mr. and Mrs. Claude Jackson Waddle on their 25th wedding
    2-2  anniversary with best wishes for many more years of continued
    2-3  happiness; and, be it further
    2-4        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-5  Mr. and Mrs. Waddle as a memento of this special day in their lives.
