    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes pleasure in
    1-3  recognizing Peter Marchese who has been selected as the 1992 Police
    1-4  Officer of the Year for the City of Georgetown; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, Well known for his outstanding service in law
    1-6  enforcement and a dedicated and talented employee, Mr. Marchese was
    1-7  recently assigned to the position of Intoxilyzer Operator and
    1-8  is currently working on a master's degree in public administration;
    1-9  and
   1-10        WHEREAS, In tribute to his years of loyalty and hard work,
   1-11  Peter Marchese was honored at the annual employee recognition
   1-12  luncheon; and
   1-13        WHEREAS, The Georgetown community has greatly benefitted
   1-14  from the efforts and generous spirit of this accomplished employee;
   1-15  now, therefore, be it
   1-16        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-17  73rd Legislature, hereby commend Peter Marchese for his invaluable
   1-18  contributions to the City of Georgetown and extend best wishes to
   1-19  him for the future; and, be it further
   1-20        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   1-21  him as an expression of regard from the Texas Senate.
