1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION
1-2 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes pleasure in
1-3 recognizing Juan Cordova who has been selected as the 1992 Employee
1-4 of the Year with the City of Georgetown Finance and Administration
1-5 Department; and
1-6 WHEREAS, Well known for the outstanding service he provides
1-7 and a dedicated and talented employee, Mr. Cordova has worked on such
1-8 projects as constructing bleachers and bathrooms for the Parks and
1-9 Recreation Department and painting and installing shelves for the
1-10 Community Services Department; and
1-11 WHEREAS, In tribute to his years of loyalty and hard work,
1-12 Mr. Cordova was honored at the annual employee recognition luncheon;
1-13 and
1-14 WHEREAS, The Georgetown community has greatly benefitted
1-15 from the efforts and generous spirit of this accomplished employee;
1-16 now, therefore, be it
1-17 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
1-18 73rd Legislature, hereby commend Juan Cordova for his invaluable
1-19 contributions to the City of Georgetown and extend best wishes to
1-20 him for the future; and, be it further
1-21 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
1-22 him as an expression of regard from the Texas Senate.
