    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, Sixty years ago, on April 8, 1933,
    1-3  Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph William Schultz of Bryan, Texas, placed great
    1-4  faith and trust in the future and they have been amply rewarded as
    1-5  they recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary; and
    1-6        WHEREAS, The world has changed considerably during the years,
    1-7  yet Mr. and Mrs. Schultz have steadfastly embraced traditional
    1-8  family and moral values; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, Over the years, Mr. and Mrs. Schultz have grown
   1-10  stronger in their love and devotion as together they have
   1-11  experienced the joys and sorrows of everyday living; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Schultz have been blessed with a
   1-13  wonderful family:  their children, Frances Harben, Donald Schultz,
   1-14  and Rudy Schultz; and their six grandchildren and five
   1-15  great-grandchildren; and
   1-16        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Schultz shared their happiness with
   1-17  their family and friends at the home of their son on April 10, 1993;
   1-18  now, therefore, be it
   1-19        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-20  73rd Legislature, hereby extend sincere congratulations to
   1-21  Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph William Schultz on their 60th wedding
   1-22  anniversary; and, be it further
   1-23        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for this
    2-1  distinguished couple as a memento of this special day in their lives.
