    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2                               In Memory
    1-3                                  of
    1-4                          Raymond Leo Senasac
    1-5        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas joins with
    1-6  the citizens of Waller County in mourning the loss of
    1-7  Raymond Leo Senasac who died March 15, 1993, at the age of
    1-8  84; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, Born in 1908, Ray Senasac was a former civil
   1-10  engineer who retired in 1975 and became the Flood Plain
   1-11  Administrator for Waller County; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, He was dedicated to his work for the county and
   1-13  to the various volunteer organizations to which he belonged; and
   1-14        WHEREAS, Ray Senasac was an exemplary gentleman who was
   1-15  respected in the community for his many accomplishments; and
   1-16        WHEREAS, A well-known community leader, he was a 32-degree
   1-17  Mason and had formerly been active in Scottish Rite, Elks, Lions,
   1-18  Toastmasters International, and the American and Pacific Coast
   1-19  Bantam Associations; and
   1-20        WHEREAS, A man of integrity, strength, and generosity,
   1-21  Ray Senasac gave unselfishly of his time to others; and
   1-22        WHEREAS, Mr. Senasac's wisdom, warmth, enthusiasm, and
   1-23  compassion will not be forgotten by those who knew him; and
    2-1        WHEREAS, Ray Senasac was a devoted husband and father, and
    2-2  he leaves behind memories that will be treasured forever by his
    2-3  family and many friends; now, therefore, be it
    2-4        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
    2-5  73rd Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the
    2-6  members of his family:  his wife, Marjorie  Senasac; his son,
    2-7  Richard Senasac; and his brother, Henry E. Senasac; and, be it
    2-8  further
    2-9        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   2-10  the members of his family as an expression of deepest sympathy from
   2-11  the Texas Senate, and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do
   2-12  so in memory of Raymond Leo Senasac.
