1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION
1-2 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
1-3 join the citizens of Springtown in congratulating Bill Dixon, who
1-4 was named Public Works Employee of the Year at the Annual Chamber
1-5 of Commerce Banquet on March 6, 1993; and
1-6 WHEREAS, This prominent citizen has given tirelessly of
1-7 his time and talents to his community; and
1-8 WHEREAS, An exemplary public servant, Bill Dixon never
1-9 misses an opportunity to be helpful to others; and
1-10 WHEREAS, Noted for his diligence and ability, this esteemed
1-11 individual has earned the respect and friendship of all those with
1-12 whom he is associated; and
1-13 WHEREAS, Bill Dixon is an exceptionally dedicated Texan
1-14 who is truly deserving of legislative recognition for his many
1-15 years of community leadership and exemplary service to the citizens
1-16 of Springtown; now, therefore, be it
1-17 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
1-18 73rd Legislature, hereby commend and congratulate Bill Dixon
1-19 and wish him great success in the future; and, be it further
1-20 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
1-21 Mr. Dixon as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
