    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The wedding anniversary of two outstanding Texans
    1-3  who have shared 50 happy and fulfilling years of marriage is truly
    1-4  a memorable occasion worthy of special recognition; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Moss of Slidell commemorated one
    1-6  such special occasion in their lives when they celebrated their
    1-7  golden wedding anniversary on May 2, 1993, with a reception hosted
    1-8  by their son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Gina Moss, and their
    1-9  four grandchildren; and
   1-10        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Moss take tremendous pride in the close
   1-11  and loving relationship they share today with their children and
   1-12  grandchildren; and
   1-13        WHEREAS, For half a century, Mr. and Mrs. Moss have shared
   1-14  a strong and lasting marriage filled with many happy times and
   1-15  cherished family memories; their life together has been a source
   1-16  of joy and inspiration for many people; now, therefore, be it
   1-17        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-18  73rd Legislature, hereby congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Moss
   1-19  on the occasion of their 50th anniversary and extend to them
   1-20  sincere wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
   1-21        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   1-22  the happy couple as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
