    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes great
    1-3  pleasure in congratulating Mary Morris-Mazoch who was named the
    1-4  State of Texas Crime Stopper of the Year at the fifth annual Texas
    1-5  Crime Stoppers conference held in Wichita Falls; and
    1-6        WHEREAS, A highly praised worker, Mary Morris-Mazoch is an
    1-7  exemplary woman who has benefitted her fellow citizens through her
    1-8  hard work; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, Secretary and assistant coordinator of the
   1-10  Northern Brazoria County Crime Stoppers, Mary Morris-Mazoch donates
   1-11  her time to causes she deeply believes in; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, Ms. Morris-Mazoch has been with her local program for
   1-13  about two years; due to her tenacity, the group was able to secure
   1-14  an office for the Crime Stoppers program; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, Her superior work and devotion to her activities
   1-16  have earned her the respect of her colleagues; her broad experience
   1-17  and versatility have been invaluable to her success in her
   1-18  association with Crime Stoppers; now, therefore, be it
   1-19        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-20  73rd Legislature, hereby commend Mary Morris-Mazoch for her
   1-21  meritorious work and dedication to her various projects; and, be
   1-22  it further
   1-23        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-1  Mary Morris-Mazoch as a memento of her award and as an expression
    2-2  of high regard from the Texas Senate.
