    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
    1-3  offer congratulations to Jeanne Jakle and David Altgelt on the
    1-4  birth of their beautiful son, Jake; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, Jake was born May 15, 1993; and
    1-6        WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most cherished
    1-7  events in the life of a couple; and
    1-8        WHEREAS, Now that the long-anticipated event has occurred,
    1-9  Jeanne and David are enjoying feelings of pride and joy; and
   1-10        WHEREAS, Weighing eight pounds and three ounces at birth,
   1-11  the healthy boy lustily expressed his happiness at being the newest
   1-12  member of a growing family; and
   1-13        WHEREAS, Friends and relatives of the family received the
   1-14  exciting news with expressions of love and shared delight; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, It is truly fitting that the Texas Senate
   1-16  recognize this newborn little boy as a treasured citizen of the
   1-17  State of Texas; now, therefore, be it
   1-18        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-19  73rd Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Jeanne Jakle and
   1-20  David Altgelt and warm greetings to Jake Altgelt with best wishes
   1-21  for much future happiness; and, be it further
   1-22        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   1-23  the Altgelt family as an expression of regard from the Texas Senate.
