    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The town of Watauga and its citizens will sorely
    1-3  miss the wisdom and expertise of Mayor Pro Tem Bob Dollarhide who
    1-4  will be retiring this spring; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, Mr. Dollarhide has faithfully served his community
    1-6  as Mayor Pro Tem for 12 years; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, Vitally interested in the welfare and progress
    1-8  of his town, this outstanding civil servant has contributed large
    1-9  amounts of his time and energy to his community; and
   1-10        WHEREAS, A highly respected and exemplary man, Mr. Dollarhide
   1-11  found success through his talent, perseverance, and hard work; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, Noted for his honesty and integrity, Mr. Dollarhide
   1-13  has earned the respect and friendship of his colleagues; and
   1-14        WHEREAS, It is appropriate that the Texas Senate honor
   1-15  Bob Dollarhide on the momentous occasion of his retirement from
   1-16  12 years of outstanding service as Mayor Pro Tem; now, therefore,
   1-17  be it
   1-18        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-19  73rd Legislature, hereby commend and applaud the meritorious
   1-20  service of Bob Dollarhide and extend sincere appreciation to him;
   1-21  and, be it further
   1-22        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   1-23  him as a token of high regard and esteem from the Texas Senate with
    2-1  best wishes for many rewarding retirement years.
