    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, After years of dedication, hard work, and
    1-3  perseverance, Julie Campbell will be graduating from the Texas
    1-4  School for the Deaf on June 2, 1993, at a ceremony in the
    1-5  auditorium of the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs on
    1-6  the campus of The University of Texas at Austin; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, The family and friends of this bright student are
    1-8  justly proud of this outstanding achievement; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, In completing the requirements for graduation from
   1-10  this highly esteemed school, Julie brings great distinction to
   1-11  herself, her family, her community, and her state; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, Upon graduation from the Texas School for the
   1-13  Deaf, she embarks on an adventure into a world that holds countless
   1-14  exciting opportunities for her; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, A beloved student of this worthy institution, Julie
   1-16  will be missed by her fellow students and the faculty, who are
   1-17  fortunate in having the benefit of her friendship; and
   1-18        WHEREAS, Julie Campbell is truly a shining example to all
   1-19  who know her; and
   1-20        WHEREAS, It is appropriate that the Texas Senate recognize
   1-21  the exceptional accomplishments of this young woman who has
   1-22  equipped herself with skills which will enable her to take full
   1-23  advantage of all that the future holds for her; now, therefore,
    2-1  be it
    2-2        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
    2-3  73rd Legislature, hereby commend and applaud the great achievement
    2-4  of Julie Campbell; and, be it further
    2-5        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-6  this distinguished young Texan as an expression of great admiration
    2-7  and respect from the Texas Senate with best wishes for much success
    2-8  in the years to come.
