    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes
    1-3  great pleasure in recognizing Marilyn Stringer Atkins and
    1-4  Bruce Alexander Atkins on the joyful occasion of their marriage,
    1-5  which took place on Saturday, June 5, 1993; and
    1-6        WHEREAS, The exceptionally lovely ceremony was held at
    1-7  Christ Church Cathedral in Houston, Texas, with a splendid
    1-8  reception at the Pillot Cafe; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, The relatives and friends of Marilyn and Bruce
   1-10  are elated that the two are now united in marriage; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, The Texas Senate is pleased to send warmest
   1-12  congratulations to Marilyn and Bruce as they begin their new
   1-13  life together sharing in mutual love and respect; now, therefore,
   1-14  be it
   1-15        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-16  73rd Legislature, hereby honor Marilyn Stringer Atkins and
   1-17  Bruce Alexander Atkins on this special and sacred event and
   1-18  express best wishes for much happiness; and, be it further
   1-19        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   1-20  them as an expression of highest regard from the Texas Senate.
