No. 1167 1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION 1-2 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes 1-3 pride in recognizing Alison Hansen, of the well-known Hansen 1-4 quadruplets, on the auspicious occasion of her graduation from 1-5 Robert E. Lee High School in San Antonio, Texas; and 1-6 WHEREAS, Talented and hardworking, Alison has been an 1-7 outstanding student and her diploma is well deserved; and 1-8 WHEREAS, She has distinguished herself throughout her years 1-9 in high school, excelling as a scholar and as a leader in her class; 1-10 she has been a member of the National Honor Society, the National 1-11 Spanish Honor Society, and the Talented and Gifted Identification 1-12 Program of Duke University; and 1-13 WHEREAS, An exemplary young woman who is an active volunteer 1-14 in the San Antonio community, Alison Hansen clearly establishes her 1-15 goals and pursues them with perseverance and enthusiasm; and 1-16 WHEREAS, She and her sisters are accomplished, generous, and 1-17 caring individuals whose exceptional achievements are inspirational 1-18 to us all; now, therefore, be it 1-19 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 1-20 73rd Legislature, hereby congratulate Alison Hansen for her 1-21 successful years in high school and extend best wishes to her for 1-22 the future; and, be it further 1-23 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for her 2-1 as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate. 2-2 _____________________________________ 2-3 President of the Senate 2-4 I hereby certify that the 2-5 above Resolution was adopted by 2-6 the Senate on May 30, 1993. 2-7 _____________________________________ 2-8 Secretary of the Senate 2-9 _____________________________________ 2-10 Member, Texas Senate
