                                   SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-1        BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, 73rd
    1-2  Legislature, Regular Session, 1993, That the Senate recede from the
    1-3  amendments adopted by the Senate to H.B. No. 2866, relating to the
    1-4  creation, administration, powers, duties, operation, and financing
    1-5  of the Jeff Davis County Underground Water Conservation District,
    1-6  and declare that bill to have passed the Senate in the same form in
    1-7  which it was received by the Senate from the House, and the House
    1-8  be notified of this action.
