BILL ANALYSIS H.B. 3195 By: Place 04-25-95 Committee Report (Amended) BACKGROUND Section 152.0561, Human Resources Code, needs clarification to bring it into accord with the existing structure of the Juvenile Board of Coryell County. PURPOSE HB 3195, if enacted, conforms Section 152.0561 of the Human Resources Code, which governs the Coryell County Juvenile Board, with the existing structure of the Juvenile Board. The bill also clarifies the compensation of members of the Juvenile Board, and the powers of the Juvenile Board.
