share information on known sex offenders throughout law
enforcement, and track the offenders existence through the
utilization of the registration. Currently, the majority of sex

As proposed, C.S.S.B. 36 requires sexual offenders to register the
intended or current domicile to the local law enforcement authority
prior to or immediately following release or relocation.
