1-6 representative districts established by Chapter 2, Acts of the 72nd
    1-7 Legislature, 3rd Called Session, 1992.
1-8 (b) Block 405A of Harris County tract 0539 is transferred
    1-9 from District 126 to District 139.
1-10 (c) Block 213 of Lubbock County tract 0103.01 is transferred

1-14 (e) In this section, "block" and "tract" have the meanings
1-15 assigned by Section 1, Article III, Chapter 2, Acts of the 72nd
   1-16 Legislature, 3rd Called Session, 1992.
1-17 SECTION 2. (a) The changes made by this Act apply to the

    2-3 vacating member was elected.
2-4 SECTION 3. The importance of this legislation and the
2-5 crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
2-6 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
2-7 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
2-8 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended,
2-9 and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its
