                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, House Concurrent Resolution No. 79 has been adopted
    1-2  by the house of representatives and senate and signed by the
    1-3  governor; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The resolution contains an erroneous reference that
    1-5  should be corrected; now, therefore, be it
    1-6        RESOLVED, That the 74th Legislature of the State of Texas
    1-7  hereby request the governor to return House Concurrent Resolution
    1-8  No. 79 to the house of representatives; and, be it further
    1-9        RESOLVED, That the action of the speaker of the house of
   1-10  representatives and the president of the senate in signing House
   1-11  Concurrent Resolution No. 79 be declared null and void and that the
   1-12  two presiding officers be authorized to remove their signatures
   1-13  from the enrolled resolution; and, be it further
   1-14        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
   1-15  representatives be hereby instructed to correct House Concurrent
   1-16  Resolution No. 79 by deleting from the seventh clause the words
   1-17  "six soldiers" and substituting the words "five Marines and one
   1-18  Navy corpsman".
