                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2015 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains typographical errors that should
    1-4  be corrected; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  corrections:
    1-8        (1)  In Section 1 of the bill, in added Section 5.053(b),
    1-9  Water Code, strike the reference to "subsection (l)" and substitute
   1-10  "Subsection (a)".
   1-11        (2)  In Section 3 of the bill, in amended Section 26.0291,
   1-12  Water Code, strike "(3)" identifying the last subsection of the
   1-13  section and substitute "(e)".
   1-14        (3)  In Section 4 of the bill, in added Section 26.134, Water
   1-15  Code, place a comma after "voluntary settlement agreement" in
   1-16  Subsection (b)(1); insert "be" immediately before "inconsistent" in
   1-17  Subsection (b)(3); and place a comma after "order" in Subsection
   1-18  (b)(4).
