                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. 280 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains grammatical and typographical
    1-4  errors that need correction; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  corrections:
    1-8        (1)  In added Section 87.001(3)(D), Civil Practice and
    1-9  Remedies Code, place a comma after "riding".
   1-10        (2)  In added Section 87.001(4)(A), Civil Practice and
   1-11  Remedies Code, strike "a" preceding "high school".
   1-12        (3)  In added Section 87.003(5), Civil Practice and Remedies
   1-13  Code, strike "potential or" and substitute "potential of".
