                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. 2062 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains technical and typographical errors
    1-4  that need correction; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  corrections:
    1-8        (1)  Enroll Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 as adding a new
    1-9  Section 2 of the bill.
   1-10        (2)  In the text of amended Section 4(e)(2)(A) of Article
   1-11  1118x, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes:
   1-12              (A)  capitalize the first word, "in";
   1-13              (B)  place a comma after "1,200,000" and insert
   1-14  "federal" between "recent" and "census";
   1-15              (C)  strike "1,200,00" and substitute "1,200,000,";
   1-16              (D)  insert "removal by the" between "subject to" and
   1-17  "recall"; and
   1-18              (E)  strike "provided for" and substitute "provided".
