                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. 160 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that needs
    1-4  correction; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  correction:  in amended Section 365.017(a), Health and Safety Code,
    1-8  in the sentence added by Senate Committee Amendment No. 1, strike
    1-9  "Section 361" and substitute "Chapter 361" and strike
   1-10  "commissioner's" and substitute "commissioners".
