                                 CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, S.B. No. 421 has passed the House of Representatives
    1-2  and the Senate and is being prepared for enrollment; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The text set out in S.B. No. 421 contains
    1-4  typographical errors; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, by the 74th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
    1-6  the enrolling clerk of the Senate be instructed to make the
    1-7  following correction to S.B. No.  421:
    1-8              (1)  In added Section 42.024(e), Local Government Code,
    1-9  strike "extraterritorial" before "jurisdiction of another
   1-10  municipality".
